Cara menghilangkan PopUp "Fake Serial Number" IDM

Akhir-akhir ini sering muncul pesan aneh dari IDM, bahkan sangat menganggu sekali ketika kita sedang asyik-asyiknya browsing ataupun nonton video. Padahal ane baru saja instal IDM versi terbaru IDM v6.18, mau balik lagi ke IDM versi lama, dan berharap ga muncul pesan tersebut malas juga. Pesan atau pop-up tersebut seperti di bawah ini

Seperti dilihat digambar, pesan tersebut berisi "Internet Download Manager has been registered with a fake Serial Number. Be aware that the cracked product may work incorrectly and download files with errors. Thus we advise you to purchase the full-featured product."

Kirain ane crack ternyata bukan, terbukti ane sudah crack lagi, malah tetap saja muncul pop-up tersebut. Maka dari itu ane jalan-jalan di forum tercinta IDWS, nemu deh cara menghilangkannya seperti ini:

1.       Silahkan exit IDM nya

 

2.       Buka Windows Explorer dan kesini C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager

3.       Rename file IDMGrHlp.exe menjadi IDMGrHlp.exe.bak dan tekan Enter

4.    Lalu rename juga idmBroker.exe menjadi IDMGrHlp.exe

5.    Masalah selesai deh.. setelah agan melakukan ini, tidak akan muncul lagi pop-up fake serial number.
